James Denby, Managing Member, is a Financial Consultant and entrepreneur currently expanding his client services and consulting career. While working in Corporate Finance for a fortune 40 company, he established Denby Financial Services LLC in 2010 to pursue a transition into the world of personal finance and consulting. He has since been building his client base primarily through income tax preparation, payroll and accounting services, and project oriented consulting for businesses. James, an Enrolled Agent, is admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. In addition James completed the Financial Planning Certificate Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2014. Denby Financial Services LLC has been approved by the State of New Jersey as a Registered Investment Advisor.

Previously, James was employed by Medco Health Solutions (subsequently acquired by Express Scripts in 2012) as Senior Director of Strategic and Financial Planning. In this role, James led a staff responsible for the annual corporate strategic plan, client profitability, pricing related activities, various financial analysis, and special projects supporting the CFO. Previously he worked at Movado Group Inc. in various financial related roles.

He holds a BA from Montclair State University (1994), an MBA in Finance from Montclair State University (2002), and has completed the Financial Planning Certificate Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University (2014), Enrolled Agent.
